1. While research shows some benefits to consuming CBD this is at significantly higher concentrations than is available at stores in the UK. There is no evidence supporting any benefits to CBD at these lower concentrations. It is worthwhile being aware of this – but of course if it feels like it helps for you then you can't knock that!

Hask, love your videos, however just a tip, I train a lot, and I am into my nutrition, but I have never heard of CBD oil, next time if you go over something like this, even if its an obvious one could you explain how it helps. I get that this will ´help in a work out´ but why? How does it help? What does it do to your body? Thank would be great! keep the content coming
