I'm 40 miles from Indy and work for a towing company and I have dealt with a lot of law enforcement including I M P D . . For the most part every officer i have encountered have been knowledgeable professional and have common sense . . The security guard here is way off the charts ! ! He shouldn't be working with " public " and from my experience is NOT common with the P D in Indy !
