  1. Just noticed your series of shorter videos. This was the first of the short videos I've tried and I love it. Great for in the morning before work, or any other time where you don't have a lot of, um, time.

I have been having a lot of hip pain and stiffness, and I thought, what I really need is a 5 or 10 minute Adriene yoga hipstretch sequence, hoping very much that you had done one. And so you have, and here it is, as always, just perfect for what I need! I will be using it daily from now on. Adriene, you are my go-to person for all things peace and yoga! You are the best, thank you, thank you, thank you soooooo

  3. I love this video. I add it to whatever other YWA video I am doing that day. My hips are always really tight and I sometimes would get cramps in my hips, but this video has helped a ton.

  4. I’m having a lot of trouble with my right hip, and it seems to get worse when I sit “criss cross” or any variation thereof… is there a way to adapt the other practices so I stop having this problem?

    This is probably the shortest yoga session I ever had lol! Felt good stretching the hips after yesterday’s knee and inner thigh session, these kinds of places are often neglected and actually are really important when it comes to the body’s balance and overall wellness.

  6. For Day 13 of CARE, this little quickie is ideal for this senior yogi needed for my hips. For this practice I concentrated on the finer details you tell us of the breathing and alignment in power pose and the focus really pays off making the most of these few minutes. I followed this with Yoga Boost from last Friday, perfect to get the blood flowing and heart racing. See you tomorrow for some Valentine’s lurv? ??‍♀️??‍♀️??
