1. I tried to quit with the nicorette gum got saliva stones in the throat within the week stopped useing the gum and kept smokeing till I finally decided to just quit with no help apart from giveing all my money after food and Bill's to a friend been like 8 weeks with out one ziggy

  2. Im 14 and i wanna quit BUT I CANT GET AWAY FROM THEM, ik imma get caught and i wanna avoid it, im paranoid constantly that imma get caught.

    I go pass a store
    I go in and i buy another one

  3. I quit smoking back in 1993 and a day doesn't go by that I don't want one. For me, I am a smoker who isn't smoking. It will be this way for the rest of my life unfortunately. Even before I smoked, I wanted to smoke. It's insane.

  4. How come I can smoke a pack of cigarettes in a couple of days and then not care to smoke for literally 3 weeks. And then just smoke a couple cigarettes again for fun.
    Absolutely no addiction. I can smoke for fun and stop within the same day. How come i dont get addicted and others get addicted by just smoking a couple?

  5. How do you get on with things without smoking? That's what I want to know. I smoke the most while I am reading or writing. And if I don't, I feel like I don't understand what's written on the screen/paper, or what I am supposed to write. I, too, tell myself everyday that I need to quit but I can't.

  6. I started smoking as an excuse to hang out with coworkers on lunch breaks. Everyone had a different brand of cigarettes and people would notice changes between 100s or regular, menthol or not, Camel or Marlboro. By chewing gum instead of smoking I got at least 2 people to quit with me. Now we talk about different gum brands Cinnamon or Mint, 5 gum or Extra. If all Cigarettes were the same so many people would quit because they like talking and being noticed about their brand. There is a warm break room but me and a couple people go out in the winter to chew gum with smokers.
