    In this video you have made a lot of statements/assertions which are basically hearsay with NO SCIENTIFIC BASIS.
    Additionally, this whole wheatgrass "industry" is to fool the general public who may not know the facts and fool them out of big bucks for the "crappy" and tasteless juice.

    Specifically, lookup the table:

    After getting the facts, you will realize, that the good old spinach and broccoli are so much better, easier to grow (or buy) and enjoy the health benefits.

    Growing wheatgrass or even buying the juice etc is a TOTAL WASTE of time and money.

  3. My research indicates that you should never eat the grass without first processing it. We do not have the gut needed to break down a grass ourselves. Either blend in a very high speed blender or extract with a juice extractor.

  4. You can just buy wheat online, organic if you want. Much more seed for proportional price, same quality. Also, wheatgrass can be crowded quite a lot more since you're not expecting to let it grow to maturity.
