  1. I agree the residency requirements are unconstitutional, I also think only issuing a small number of licenses and denying the majority of citizens the opportunity to engage in the commerce of a legal product is unconstitutional as well. Another point I would make is that Amendment 2 was not written by a grassroots group of citizens but rather by a small group of business people who cleverly designed a a market model that intentionally excluded small businesses and a model that will result in.a very restricted number of licenses that will be worth millions of dollars and can be sold making them the true commodity the average citizen cannot compete with the corporations to obtain.

  3. Pat I voted for medical marijuana in 2018 , I still don't have my card because, I am on disability and I can't afford seeing a doctor just to see him and then paying for my card and then wondering how much the product is going to cost me ever month.. I have seen a doctor for going on 3 years. I was on a lot of pain pills, stop taking them 2 years ago. They didn't really help ! My question is are they going have a program for people that are on disability so that they can get there card and not have to stress out about paying for there product.

  4. i think they need to legalize it fully..but my opinion is missouri will not legalize marijuana fully till they see the money they can make off of it…and i think the money from sales needs to go to vets and schools..
